Mystery Writer Lori Duffy Foster reads from her latest thriller Never Let Go, and discusses the art and craft of writing mystery novels.
Friday, February 24th, 6 p. m.--Western New York Poets
Western New York Poets Heather Hallberg Yanda and Linda Mills Woolsey read their poems and discuss approaches to poetry.
Friday, March 24th, 6 p. m.--United States Beat Poet Laureate
United States Beat Poet Laureate John Burroughs reads his poems and discusses the legacy of Beat poetry.
Saturday, April 22nd, 6 p. m.--Playing and Writing about Bluegrass
Writer/Musician Mike Fiorito reads from his biography of bluegrass legend Peter Rowan, Mescalito Riding His White Horse, and Poet/Musician Chad Burrall reads poems from his collection-in-progress Forty Corners. Fiorito and Burrall will also play original music.

Buffalo-based poet Joey Nicoletti reads poems inspired by baseball, including poems from his latest collection Fan Mail.

Celebrated poet Ernest Hilbert reads from his latest collection Storm Swimmer, winner of the 2022 Vassar Miller Prize, and discusses the joys and challenges of being a parent/poet.
Friday, August 11th--Learning and Teaching Poetry
Jamestown native and award-winning poet Robert Ostrom will read from his two previous collections and from new work, and discuss the art and craft of learning to write and teaching poetry.
Saturday, September 9th--Ekphrastics, Writing Inspired by Visual Art
Poet and writer Marjorie Maddox will read new work responding to artwork by her daughter (featured on our gallery walls in September), from their new book The Museum of My Daughter's Mind.
